What I Do Alone At Night


When I was in The Cubs we were taught a number of useful life skills:
how to pitch a tent, how to make a fire, how to go on a crazed
steroid-induced gun-rampage around the North-East countryside,
but what really stayed with me were the shadow-shapes.

I was fascinated that you could create relatively realistic images
using just your fingers (and a torch). Over the years I've kept at it
and, after much practice, have become quite adept at my hobby.

Below are some of my favourite shapes, which I like to throw
in my bedroom during the dark, lonely nights:
